1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any restriction placed by qq8821 on your access to the platform.
• You must have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full before placing any wager.

2.2 Geographic Access

qq8821 is designed and optimised for English-preference players located in Indonesia, including but not limited to users based in Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Bali, Semarang, Palembang, and Makassar. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing qq8821 is lawful in your jurisdiction. qq8821 does not accept liability for any unlawful use of the platform by a User who has circumvented geographic restrictions.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on qq8821. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money features of qq8821, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details. qq8821 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage to verify the accuracy of the information provided.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must notify qq8821 promptly of any material changes to your personal details by contacting our support team. qq8821 accepts no liability for losses arising from a User's failure to maintain current account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. Notify qq8821 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 Account Currency

All account balances at qq8821 are held in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in IDR. No currency conversion fees are charged for payments made via supported Indonesian payment channels.

4 KYC & Verification

4.1 Required Documents

qq8821 may request any or all of the following documents to verify your identity, age, and payment method:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or SIM).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (front image of bank card, screenshot of e-wallet account matching the name on file).
• Selfie photograph holding the submitted identification document.

4.2 Verification Timeframes

4.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

If qq8821 is unable to verify your identity or age, or if you fail to provide requested documents within a reasonable time, qq8821 reserves the right to suspend your account and withhold withdrawal processing until verification is completed. In cases where age verification conclusively establishes that a User is under 21, the account will be permanently closed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

qq8821 currently supports the following Indonesian payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals:

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard. 5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status. qq8821 targets withdrawal processing within 1–3 hours for verified accounts during WIB business hours. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

qq8821 offers promotional bonuses to eligible members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, wagering requirements, and expiry periods.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. For example, a 30× wagering requirement applied to a Rp 100.000 bonus means you must wager a total of Rp 3.000.000 before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible members only. qq8821 reserves the right to exclude certain members from specific promotions at its discretion, including members who have previously abused bonus terms or who have placed wagers that qq8821 reasonably determines to be designed to exploit a promotion rather than to engage in genuine recreational play.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing low-risk combination bets across outcomes solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or using bonus funds in a manner that circumvents the intent of the promotion — is a material breach of the Terms. qq8821 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account of any User found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

7 Gameplay & Betting Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All wagers placed on qq8821 are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet before submission. qq8821 does not accept liability for bets placed in error, including incorrect stake amounts, incorrect selection of outcomes, or misunderstanding of odds formats.

7.2 Sportsbook

7.3 Lottery Products

7.4 Live Casino

In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the game outcome will be determined by the game studio's recorded server-side result. qq8821 accepts no liability for losses arising from a User's loss of internet connection during a live game round.

7.5 Slot Games

7.6 Disputed Results

Any dispute regarding a game result or settled bet must be raised with qq8821 support within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this window will not be considered. qq8821's decision on all disputed results is final, subject to the complaint escalation process described in Clause 16.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Self-Exclusion

Any Member may request a self-exclusion from qq8821 at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's account will be suspended and no new account may be registered.

8.2 Deposit Limits

Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via the account settings panel. Requests to reduce a deposit limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.

8.3 Reality Checks & Session Timers

qq8821 provides optional session timer notifications that alert Members when they have been actively playing for a defined period. These tools are available in the account settings panel and can be configured to trigger at intervals of 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours.

8.4 Minor Protection

qq8821 strictly prohibits access by any person under the age of 21. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a minor may have accessed qq8821, please contact our support team immediately. We recommend the use of parental control software to restrict access to online gambling platforms on shared devices.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qq8821 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated wagering strategy designed to exploit platform pricing.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using qq8821 as a mechanism for money laundering.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise extract proprietary data from the qq8821 platform.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits without first contacting qq8821 support to resolve the matter.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing qq8821 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

qq8821 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited activities, forfeit associated balances where permitted by applicable law, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the qq8821 platform — including but not limited to the qq8821 brand name, logo, interface design, software, text, graphics, game assets, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of qq8821 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for the personal recreational purposes contemplated by these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the qq8821 platform without our prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

qq8821 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows, force majeure events, third-party service interruptions, and unforeseen technical incidents may affect platform availability. qq8821 accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime beyond its reasonable control.

11.2 Betting Losses

qq8821 accepts no liability for any betting losses incurred by a User. All wagers are made voluntarily and at the User's own risk. The fact that a User has lost money on the platform does not, of itself, give rise to any claim against qq8821.

11.3 Maximum Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qq8821's aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

qq8821 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.

12 Privacy & Data

qq8821 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy. qq8821 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, and game studios is shared solely for the purpose of operating the platform and fulfilling these Terms.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by qq8821

qq8821 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a User's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to qq8821.

13.2 Voluntary Closure

A User may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting qq8821 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the User's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal). qq8821 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts, as notified to the Member by email, until the balance reaches zero or the Member reactivates their account by logging in.

14 Amendments to These Terms

qq8821 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Members via email and via a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qq8821's operating entity is incorporated. Users access the platform on the understanding that online gambling regulation varies by jurisdiction and that it is their sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and qq8821, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. The majority of disputes are resolved at this level within 5 business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the dispute may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by qq8821's licensing authority.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute with qq8821 will be resolved on an individual basis and that you waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against qq8821.
